Where can I pick up my order?

Our delivery rates for different locations in Barbados are as follows:

BRIDGETOWN, ST. MICHAEL, ST. GEORGE $12.00 
ST. JAMES, ST. THOMAS, .$15.00 
CHRIST CHURCH $18.00
ST. JOSEPH, ST PETER, ST. LUCY, ST.JOHN, ST. PHILIP. ST. ANDREW

Our delivery days and hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you prefer to collect your order, please make arrangements in advance. Collection days and hours are as follows: for

Goodland, Black Rock in St. Michael, collection is available from Monday to Friday (closed on weekends) from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm;

Station Hill in St. Michael, collection is available from Monday to Saturday (closed on Sundays) from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm; and

Tudor Street in Bridgetown, St. Michael, collection is available from Monday to Saturday (closed on Sundays) from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Please note that we do not offer shipping outside of Barbados.

What is your return policy?

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Only items in their original condition are eligible for returns. If a sex toy isn't working properly, you can exchange it within 7 days of purchase. Please note, we don't accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or damaged.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we offer Flirt It Gift Vouchers! They're the perfect present and can be used on our range of adult toys, lingerie, bondage items, and more. If you're buying multiple vouchers, they'll be dispatched on separate cards. You can combine vouchers too. For example, to give someone $60, purchase a $20 and a $40 voucher. Please note, we can't give change for vouchers or exchange them for cash. Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue.
